Tanya Dennis founded Central Florida Elite Staffing after more than 20 years working across healthcare, management, and recruiting. She saw firsthand how impersonal the hiring process had become — for both employers and the people they were trying to hire.
Her answer was simple: slow down, listen, and make every placement count. At CFES, we don't just fill seats. We take the time to understand what employers actually need and what job seekers genuinely want — then we make the connection that works for both sides.
