Role Description
This is a full time, remote Real Estate Agent role. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for building and attracting clients, learning about their needs, preferences, and desire in their future home, property, or commercial space. They will also be responsible for showing and recommending potential properties and providing guidance on the negotiation process from start to finish to ensure that the client receives the deal they are seeking.

Project Manager Role: Must Reside in Atlanta-Metro Area
Ultimately responsible for successfully leading, managing and completing construction projects. PM’s act as the liaison between all contracted parties in a project and work closely with Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure a project’s success. PM’s are responsible for Pre-Job Planning, Budgeting & Job Profitability, Contract Review, Trade Partner Management, Scheduling, Quality, Safety and Closeout.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Conduct construction site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Oversee project budgets and financials, including cost estimation and tracking
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
Must Haves:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Construction degree or related field
- 5+ years Project Manager role experience
- Ability to do budget fee forecasting and project scheduling
- Ability to write and negotiate contracts
- Excellent leadership skills
- Owns safety, quality, scheduling and cost
- Can lead a team of trade partners and execute
- 10+ years of K-12 school/ Healthcare projects
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
Minimum Qualifications:
- Hotel, Medical office building and school experience
- Valid Driver's License
