REAL ESTATE AGENT


 Role Description

This is a full time, remote Real Estate Agent role. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for building and attracting clients, learning about their needs, preferences, and desire in their future home, property, or commercial space. They will also be responsible for showing and recommending potential properties and providing guidance on the negotiation process from start to finish to ensure that the client receives the deal they are seeking.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Florida Real Estate License.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of empathizing with client goals and needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment with the self-discipline to manage your schedule.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of organizing and managing a large number of clients and properties.
  • Knowledge of current real estate laws, trends, and marketing strategies.

Full job description


Medical Assistant 1 Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs general patient care responsibilities including checking schedules and organizing patient flow; recording patient blood pressure, height, and weight; accompanying patients to exam/procedure room; assisting patients as needed with walking, collecting specimens, administering injections, assisting physicians/nurses; preparing patient for examination and treatment; relaying instructions to patients/families; answering calls and providing pertinent information.
  • Performs pre-visiting planning as indicated by the physician for the vulnerable population as indicated.
  • Fulfills clerical responsibilities as assigned which may include sending/receiving patient medical records; obtaining lab/x-ray reports, hospital notes, referral information, etc.; completing forms/requisitions as needed. Organizes medical records, including lab results, progress notes, etc. to ensure the provider has all of the necessary information available during the patient's encounter. Scans necessary medical information into the chart readying the chart for the patient's encounter. 
  • Fulfills environmental responsibilities as assigned which may include, setting up instruments and equipment according to protocol; cleaning exam/procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment between patient visits; ordering, sorting, and storing supplies; restocking exam/procedures rooms. Properly disposes of expired medications and supplies. Adheres to and employs appropriate sterile techniques and universal precautions guidelines. Ensures equipment is in proper working order. Performs daily checks of equipment assuring it is in proper working order. Checks the environment prior to starting the clinic day to ensure there are no hazards in the hallways, no open containers, and rooms are clean and free of debris. Assists with the identification of actual and potential risks to patient safety. Reports patient safety issues to the physician and practice manager in a timely manner. Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Assists with data collection for quality improvement activities.
  • Communicates problems relating to patients and/or staff with the practice manager in an objective and timely manner.
  • Actively participates in clinic huddles and offers suggestions to better meet the needs of the patients and the clinic flow. Participates actively in quality improvement initiatives and understands the importance of quality improvement.

May perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • GYN medical assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Haitian Creole (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (Required)

Work Location: In-Person 

Pay Rate: $17 hourly
