Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Screening Cases for Wounds and IV’s

· Entering Patients in the Axis Care

· Obtaining Authorization for Homecare Services

· Verifying Insurance Eligibility and the Clearinghouse

· Accepting Cases from Insurance Companies

· Verify Medical Assessments 

· Request Home Health Orders from PCP’s, Hospitals, and Specialists

· Confirm Patient’s PCP

· Assist Patient’s with Any Questions, Comments, or Concerns

Description:
